Data Processing Addendum

Ensealed will sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporating the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent state safeguards. For paying B2B customers we counter-sign electronically via Ensealed itself.

To request a DPA, email legal@ensealed.com with your company name and signer details. We typically counter-sign within 2 business days.

Our subprocessor list lives at /subprocessors and is incorporated by reference into the DPA.
